Skybridge Technology Solutions Beta User Agreement
This Beta User Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Skybridge Technology Solutions LLC ("Skybridge") and the beta user ("User") of My Condo Compliance (the "Service"). This Agreement is effective for a beta testing period of one (1) year, commencing on date of acceptable.
1. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure
User agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all information related to the Service, including but not limited to its features, functionality, and performance. User shall not disclose any confidential information to third parties without Skybridge's prior written consent.
2. Purpose of Use
User agrees to use the Service for testing and providing feedback to Skybridge. While the Service is intended for commercial purposes, User acknowledges that it is a beta product and should not be solely relied upon for operational decisions or compliance.
3. Feedback
In exchange for access to the Service, User agrees to provide timely and constructive feedback to Skybridge regarding the Service's performance, features, and usability.
4. Prohibited Use
User shall not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. User agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the Service.
5. No Legal Advice
Skybridge is not a law firm, and we do not provide legal advice. The information, services, and tools offered through our platform are for informational purposes only and should not be considered a substitute for legal advice from a qualified attorney.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable legal obligations and should consult with legal counsel for specific legal concerns. By using our platform, you acknowledge and agree that Skybridge is not liable for any non-compliance or legal issues that may arise. Seeking professional legal guidance is recommended to ensure compliance with relevant legal requirements.
6. No Guarantee of Future Services
Skybridge does not guarantee the availability of the Service beyond the beta testing period or any future commercial release of the Service.
7. Termination
This Agreement is effective for a one (1) year beta testing period. Either party may terminate this Agreement during the beta period by providing written notice to the other party. After the beta period, the Service will require a paid license to continue usage. Beta users will be offered a 40% discount on the commercial license.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skybridge shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
10. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements, whether oral or written.
By using the Service, User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
